Mercantile Exchanges

In this Scrabble game:

• The two blank tiles have been lost, and will not be used.
• The bag of tiles is a queue, not a random draw. Tiles are removed from the queue one at a time. In all, exactly 140 tiles will be drawn from the queue.
• When a player draws a tile, it is added to the end of their rack.
• When a player passes, they will exchange one or more tiles. All exchanged tiles will be removed from the player’s rack before the replacement tiles are drawn. Exchanged tiles will be removed in left-to-right order, and added to the end of the queue in the same order.
• Each currency symbol corresponds to a different tile count from 1-6. They are only symbols; no information about the currencies is relevant to the puzzle.
• The game begins with the first player drawing seven tiles (DOOUEEB), the second player drawing seven tiles (ZTACKUW), and then the first player taking their first turn.
