Solution: It's All Greek To Me

The puzzle consists of 18 cluetations accompanied with boxes of various sizes, and a pyramid of letters.
The first step is to unmangle the clues and then figure out the answer. Then, the answer should be mangled in the same manner as the clue to yield another word. Next the solver must recognize that each of the mangled answers contains a Greek letter’s name.

Collapsing the Greek letter’s name to a single character causes the mangled answer lengths to match the boxes that accompany each clue.

These boxes are the same lengths as the steps of the pyramid. Pulling the letter from the pyramid in the same position as the greek letter and then reading in Greek alphabet order yields an additional mangled clue, with enumeration provided by the blanks beneath the pyramid:

This mangled clue can be unmangled to:

The answer to the clue is FIONA, and mangling the answer in the same manner gives the puzzle answer VIN.
